(AP Ministry), a Kentucky 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry, we are committed to protecting your privacy in a manner that honors God, respects your dignity, and aligns with Christian values of honesty, stewardship, and love for one another.

We operate under the official Constitution and Bylaws of AP Ministry Inc., which govern our four-level structure (Executive Leadership, Administrative Board, Operational Support, and The Members / General Assembly). This Privacy Policy supports our mission to advance God’s Kingdom through good works in a safe, PG-rated, Christ-honoring community.

As a faith-based ministry, this platform is protected under the First Amendment’s guarantees of freedom of religion and free exercise of faith. We do not voluntarily provide user data to government entities unless specifically required by a valid court order.

We do not sell, rent, share, or provide your personal data to any third parties for marketing, advertising, or unrelated commercial purposes. Your data is used only to operate the platform safely and support our shared Kingdom mission.

  • Payment and financial data: processed securely through third-party providers.

  • Content and communications: posts, Prayer Posts, messages, reports.

  • Church linking, affiliation, and verification information.

Automatically Collected Information

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers).

  • Cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and platform improvement.

We do not collect sensitive information beyond what is required for verification, payments, and legal compliance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information solely to fulfill our mission and operate the Platform in accordance with our Bylaws:

  • Create and manage accounts, verify identity, and approve Creators/Churches.

  • Process payments, subscriptions, tips, and withdrawals.

  • Enable features such as live streams, X Feed, YouTube integration, and Prayer Posts.

  • Moderate content, investigate reports, enforce the Rules of Decorum, and uphold PG-rated standards.

  • Communicate important account or platform updates.

  • Improve the Platform and support Kingdom-focused ministry work.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We are deeply committed to protecting your data and exercising our First Amendment rights.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing or commercial purposes. Limited sharing occurs only as follows:

  • With trusted service providers (payment processors, hosting, etc.) bound by strict confidentiality.

  • When required by a valid court order or applicable law.

  • To enforce our Terms of Service, Rules of Decorum, Bylaws, or protect platform safety.

  • In the event of a business transfer, under the same privacy protections.

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards. However, no system is infallible. We encourage strong, unique passwords and prompt reporting of suspected breaches.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access / Correction: Update your information in Account Settings.

  • Deletion: Request account deletion via support (subject to legal and legitimate business needs, including financial records).

  • Opt-Out: Manage communications and notifications in your settings.

  • Cookies: Manage preferences through your browser.

Creators must provide accurate ID and tax information for payouts.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Any such data discovered will be promptly deleted.

7. International Users

Data is processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
